Payment Methods – World of Nakis

At World of Nakis, we provide secure and convenient payment options for all orders. Below you will find all available payment methods, important details about processing, and useful information regarding billing and refunds.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

1.1 Credit & Debit Cards
We accept all major cards, including:
• Visa
• Mastercard

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. No card information is stored on our servers.

1.2 Digital Wallets
Where supported by your device and browser, the following are available at checkout:
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

1.3 Bank Transfer (BACS)
You may complete your order by paying via bank transfer.
Bank details are displayed at checkout and in the confirmation email.

Orders paid via bank transfer are processed once payment has been confirmed.

1.4 Local Pickup – Pay on Collection
Available at our physical location:
Lykourgou 205, Kallithea, Athens, Greece

Payment can be made upon pickup.

2. Secure Payment Processing

All online transactions are processed through Stripe using: • PCI DSS Level 1 security • Encrypted payment processing • Tokenization (your card number is never stored)

We do not have access to, nor do we store, full card numbers or CVV codes.

3. Billing & Receipts

Upon successful payment: • You will receive an order confirmation email • A payment receipt will be issued automatically • For bank transfers, confirmation may take up to 1 business day depending on your bank

4. Failed or Declined Payments

Your order will not be processed if: • The payment provider declines the transaction • Your card has insufficient funds • Incorrect information is entered during checkout

You may retry with a different card or payment method.

5. Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank: • Card refunds typically take 3–7 business days • Bank transfer refunds may take 2–5 business days

Refunds are handled according to our Returns & Cancellations Policy.

6. Fraud Prevention

For security reasons, World of Nakis reserves the right to: • Request additional verification • Decline suspicious transactions • Cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate our terms
