1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods. To exercise the right, you must notify us clearly (e.g., by email) within the 14-day period.

Products must be returned within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics, and functioning.

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used and are not suitable for return for health, hygiene, or safety reasons (e.g., opened wine bottles).
• Personalised or customised items.
• Perishable products or items with a short shelf life.
• Alcoholic beverages whose price is subject to market fluctuations beyond our control.

3. How to return

To initiate a return:
• Email us at sales@nakis.com.gr with the subject “Withdrawal – [Order No]”, or use the model withdrawal form in section 10.
• Pack the items securely and send them to the return address in section 4 within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal notice.
• Items must be in original condition and (where applicable) in their original, unopened packaging, including proof of purchase.

5. Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you (except standard delivery costs, if applicable) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the products back, or from the day you provide proof of having sent them back—whichever is earlier.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may deduct any diminished value as described in section 1.

Delivery upgrades (such as express shipping) are not refundable.

6. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return concerns a faulty or incorrect item. See section 7.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us at sales@nakis.com.gr within 14 days, including your order number and photos or a description of the issue.

We will repair, replace, or refund the product as appropriate and cover the return shipping costs where required by law. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

8. Order cancellations

Before dispatch: you may cancel your order at any time for a full refund.
After dispatch: follow the withdrawal process described in section 1.

9. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, indicate the desired item or variant in your return request. Exchanges depend on product availability.
