Shipping Policy – World of Nakis

At World of Nakis, we offer safe and fast deliveries exclusively within the Attica region. Below you will find all details regarding shipping costs, delivery times, shipping methods, and special conditions for our products.
1. Service Area
Deliveries are carried out only within Attica. During checkout, an automatic ZIP Code validation ensures that your address is eligible for delivery.
If your ZIP Code is not included in the approved delivery zones, the system will not allow order completion.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated based on the total order weight:
Base cost (up to 2kg): €2.70
Each additional kg: +€1.00/kg
All charges appear automatically in the cart and at checkout before order completion.
All shipments are handled by ICS Courier.
3. Delivery Time
Deliveries are completed within:
1–3 business days, depending on the area in Attica and courier workload.
Delays may occur due to:
• Severe weather conditions
• High courier volume
• Inability to reach the customer
In all cases, we notify the customer promptly.
4. Shipping Methods
4.1 Courier Delivery
Orders are shipped via our partner courier service, ICS Courier, using protected packaging suitable for bottles (wines and spirits).
4.2 Local Pickup
Available at no extra charge.
Pickup address:
Lykourgou 205, Kallithea, Athens, Greece
You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.
5. Packaging – Product Protection
All products (wines, spirits, and other fragile items) are packaged in durable, protective boxes.
If the parcel shows visible damage:
• Ask the courier to note the damage on the delivery slip.
• Do not accept the parcel if the damage is severe.
• Contact us at sales@nakis.com.gr
within 24 hours, including photos.
6. Failed Delivery – Re-shipment
If delivery fails due to: • Incorrect address • Failure to answer courier calls • Recipient absence
Then:
• The order is returned to the courier’s facility
• Re-shipment will incur additional costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable for failed deliveries due to incorrect customer details
7. Deliveries to Business Locations
For deliveries to businesses, offices, or controlled-access premises (e.g., reception, security):
• The courier will deliver to the building entrance or designated delivery point.
• Internal transportation within the building is the recipient’s responsibility.
