2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use & Sale (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Website or placing orders.
3. Age Restriction (Alcohol)
The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly allowed only to individuals 18 years and older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18. We reserve the right to request ID verification at delivery or pickup. If adequate proof of age cannot be provided, delivery may be refused without refund of shipping costs.
4. Products & Prices
All prices are in EUR and include or exclude VAT as stated on the Website. Product photos, tasting notes, and descriptions are indicative and may differ from the delivered product. We reserve the right to update prices, specifications, promotions, and availability without prior notice.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
Your order becomes legally binding once you receive an order confirmation email. If an error regarding price, availability, or product details is identified after the order is placed, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.
6. Payments
Accepted payment methods include: Credit/Debit Cards, Google Pay / Apple Pay (where supported), Bank Transfer (BACS), and Payment upon collection (Local Pickup). Payments via third-party providers (e.g., card gateway) are subject to their own terms.
7. Card Payments & Data Security
All card transactions are processed securely via our authorized payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or payment details on our servers.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time is approximately 2–3 business days. Delivery methods include: Courier Delivery and Local Pickup. Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout.
Risk passes to you upon physical receipt of the products. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.
Fragile products such as wines and spirits are shipped in protective packaging. We are not responsible for damages caused by the courier unless legally attributable to them. If the package appears damaged, report it to the courier at the time of delivery and notify us at sales@nakis.com.gr within 24 hours with photos.
9. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery, subject to legal exceptions.
Withdrawal does not apply to:
• Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly
• Alcoholic beverages whose price depends on market fluctuations beyond our control
• Products unsealed after delivery for hygiene and safety reasons

10. Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted only if products are in unused condition, in their original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Due to the fragile nature of our products, the customer is responsible for the safe return shipment unless the return is due to our fault or legal obligation.

11. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@nakis.com.gr with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate and cover return shipping costs where required by law.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (images, text, product descriptions, graphics, trademarks, logos) is protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
13. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
• Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Distribute spam or unsolicited advertising
• Upload viruses, malware, or disruptive code
• Collect data from users without lawful basis
You may be liable for damages caused by violation of these terms.
14. Website Availability & Security
We strive to maintain continuous, secure Website operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for damages caused by cyberattacks, viruses, or Website unavailability. Users are responsible for using up-to-date anti-malware software.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, data loss, or business interruption. Nothing excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
16. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may contact:

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Greece have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
20. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing use of the Website and product sales.
